The Wente problem associated to the modified Helmholtz operator

In this paper, we consider the solution toWente’s problem with the modified Helmholtz operator − +αI, where α is a positive constant. We study the best constant in the so-called Wente’s inequality. At first, we consider the best constant associated to the L∞ norm. Next, We study the case of the L2 norm. © 2007 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved
