An Inverse Scattering Transform for the Davey-Stewartson II Equations, III

The Cauchy problem of the Davey-Stewartson II equations is solved by the method of an inverse scattering transform. Results of existence and uniqueness of global solutions, regularity, spatial, and long time decay are obtained.
