A Generalization of the Kuhn-Tucker Sufficiency Conditions

It is shown that the Kuhn-Tucker sufficiency conditions lack invariance in that the applicability of the conditions for any given problem depends on the nature of the analytical formulation of the problem; they may be applicable in one formulation but not in a different, though equivalent, formulation. The Kuhn-Tucker conditions are generalized to deal with this.
