On the Polynomials with All Their Zeros on the Unit Circle

A necessary and sufficient condition for all the zeros of an algebraic polynomial to lie on the unit circle is given. As a consequence of this, some sufficient conditions are obtained. The advantage is that these conditions on the coefficients are very easy to verify.
