Abstract
ABSTRACT: Due to thegrowth oftechnology andinnovation in theindustry,thequestionalwaysarisesastowhatcanbean effectiveinnovationstrategy? What factorsleadto increasedinnovationin organizations? Thepurposeof thisstudyisto evaluate howmuchstrategicorientationandmarketorientationoninnovation insmalland medium-sized manufacturing have been previously investigated in Tehran.According tothesurvey resultsare usedinindustries andsmall and mediumenterprises .Thisresearchhas beenappliedto an organization. Thisresearchwasinstrumentalintheorganization because it provided informationto theorganization by using a questionnairetogather informationfrom experts within the survey-field. We highlighted howto obtain thedata requiredbased onthe descriptive designofthisstudy. Forthepurpose of this study,we designeda questionnairebased onthe variablesselected of the 5000 companies located in Tehran384 participated in our study. our for data analysis included statisticalinference,andstructuralequationmodels.TheLISRELandSPSSsoftware have been used and all hypotheseswere confirmed.
