Personality Characteristicsand Entrepreneurship inOnline context

ABSTRACT:The purpose of this paper is to examine and test the personality characteristics of internet entrepreneurs in Iran.The new digital economy provides opportunities formany entrepreneurs in Iran to produce new ventures in different business areas. Unemployment is one of the primary issues of Iranian economy at present. The two economy issues are inflation and unemployment at current. One of the superior ways to suppress unemployment is to use on the internet in development of career and business and in addition, to present more internet services by career developer in creating new jobs. This research is based on survey research and with the use of the internet survey. Each of the internet career developers has the critical role in developing of internet career.Results shown that, internetentrepreneurs are based on eight characteristics, including external control, intending to risk, need to succeed and improvement, Pragmatist, Being Tolerated, and Intellectual Health, Having dreams, and seeking challenges. In this research these characteristics examined under different hypotheses and test values and ranked using Friedman TestThis paper provides some directions of internet-based entrepreneurship in Iran. According to obtained information, factors which mentioned are directions for further research and can be tested in other countries to test the validity of this research.
