Abstract :
Ageneralizedcorrelationhasbeenproposedtoestimatethesteady-stateflowintwo-phasenaturalcirculationloops.Thesteady-stategoverningequationsforhomogeneousequilibriummodel,viz.continuity,momentumandenergyequationshavebeensolvedtoobtainthedimensionlessflowrateasafunctionofamodifiedGrashofnumberandageometricnumber.Toestablishthevalidityofthiscorrelation,two-phasenaturalcirculationflowratedatafromfivedifferentloopshavebeentestedwiththeproposedcorrelationandfoundtobeingoodagreement.
