In order to gather the prerequisite data the researcher distributed a questionnaire to the selected population containing 38 questions relevant to the influential strategic underlying variables on talent management. Using the Liser Software Package, the researcher observed the questionnaire data by statistic technique of the structural equation. As a result, reinforcing the characteristics related to the underlying strategic factors, the organization can take action in order to execute the talent management process.
