Abstract :
ABSTRACT :This study was carried out to investigatethe juvenilerainbow trout performance in response to different ideal amino acid (IAA) ratios.A total of 1,200 juvenile rainbow trout were dividedinto 6dietary treatments with 4 replications of50 juveniles in each. The experimental diets were including apositive control(T1),a commercialdiet (T2),and4 treatments were formulated based on the IAA ratios recommended by (T3, T4, T5, and T6) .The results revealed that T1 and T2promoted higher body weight gain (BWG) compared to theother semi-purified diets (P < 0.05).The best feed conversion ratio (FCR) was also determined forT5(P < 0.05).The results of current study have shown that T5IAAratioshad more efficiencyto formulate juvenile rainbow trout diets than other tested IAA patterns.Based on these results, the promising potential of IAA profilein dietary protein reductionis relatively confirmed and consequently this concept, regarding the feed significant economical portion, it could be suggested as an effective tool for proper management which is worthyand needs intensive research in the future.
