Abstract
ABSTRACT: The aerial part of stachysschtschegleeviiandstachyslavandulifolia were collected in full flowering stage in 2 habitats in Iran. Essential oil of aerial parts was obtained using clevenger apparatus and chemical composition were analyzed by GC and GC/MS and identified in comparison with authentic compounds. The major same components in two studied species were ?-Pinene, B-Pinene, Germacrene-D, Myrcene, Carene < delta-2- > and Ocimene < (Z)- B- > . The results of PCA test showed that ?-Pinene, B-Pinene, and Germacrene-D have the most variations between chemical constituents in these species.
