The singular point of an algebraic cubic Original Research Article

Given a singular algebraic cubic, tangent at two points to prescribed lines, formulas are given for the coordinates of its singular point. The coordinates of the singular point are expressed as rational functions of degree at most five in the coefficients of the cubic. Some applications are presented.
