Recent results on wavelet bases on the interval generated by GP refinable functions Original Research Article

In this paper, we present two different classes of refinable functions, wavelets and their duals on a bounded interval with the aim of giving a few applications. In both cases the starting point is the family of GP refinable functions on View the MathML source. The performances exhibited by the mentioned two classes are compared each other, as well as with the B-spline case.
