A large index theorem for orthogonal arrays, with bounds Original Research Article

It is shown that for fixed v, k, and t, an orthogonal array At(v, k, λ) exists for λ⩾2k−2v2k−1. Information on the number of orthogonal arrays with given parameters, as a function of λ, is also obtained.
