Abstract :
This research based on the purpose is functional, based on the data is quantitative, and based on the way of applying is infield, based on the type is description and based on method is correlation. In this study, population consisted of all personnel working in the Hajj and pilgrimage management in East Azerbaijan province. according to the population that is 2871 people (2343 men and 528 women) the size of the community in Morgan number is 341 people. the main hypothesis of this research is "there is a relationship between job involvement and organizational commitment with organizational citizenship behavior in Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization of East Azerbaijan province".the result showed that there is a strong correlation with the predictor variables (job involvement and organizational commitment) with the criterion variable (OCB). In other hand the Amount of adjusted coefficient of determination is equal to 0.742, indicating that 74.2 percent of all predictor variables were able to determine the criterion variables.
