Abstract :
ABSTRACT:NowadaysBranding and Brand Management are considered as the most important tools of organizations to achieve competitive benefits in turbulent environment of international business. Achieving such a competitive advantage has directed attentions toward Brand Management. Moreover, an Organization can use Brand-centered human resource management in which every sub-systems of human resource are used toward development and promotion of company brand, that this is resulted in positive interaction of employees with clients and stakeholders of the company that, at last, leads to development of the company performance. Hence, the aim of this paper is to investigate how Brand Human Resources Management can effect on clients’ satisfaction with focusing on Black Box processes. This research was conducted through confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM). Statistical population of the research is employed employees at Pegah Company of Lorestan(a province of iran) who were working in spring 2013. Sample Numbers were also 130 persons. The overall result of this research indicates that implementing Brand-centered human resource management policies in the organization, effects on clients’ satisfaction improvement of the brand.
