Elevating social capital indices in Ahvazs organizations

ABSTRACT: This article aimed to evaluate social capital indices among non-govermental and governmental organization‘s personnel in ahvaz. Statistic population was 5850 Ahvazian people and the sample mass based Kregcie & morgan‘s chart was 356 people. It used a questionnaire making by researcher to collect data and the constancy of different section of the questionnaire for social interaction, social communion, social trust, social dependency and corporation has been reported 0.87,0.85,0.88,0.84 , respectively.It used independent-group of T-test to evaluate data. The results showed that social capital rate for non-governmental organization‘s personnel is more than governmental organization‘s.also social interaction and communion rate, social dependency and cooperation among governmental organization‘s personnel is more than non-governmental organization‘s and social trust rate among governmental sections and non-governmental‘s is the same.
