Abstract :
ABSTRACT: In order to examine of genetic diversity of 4 populations of the local pea of the west of Iran, above research was performed using 7 primers of the URP molecule marker, using of these primers, totally 49 sites were scored. Using primers, 814 bonds were observed that bonds incision was 300 bs to 2000 bs. Primers URP1F with 10 bonds was the highest and URP0F with 4 bonds had the lowest number of bond. The highest amount of PIC related to URP13R primer, that PIC amount in this primer was 0.37. URP2F primer with the lowest amount of PIC hadn’t good ability in the separation of the population PIC amount in this primer was 0.20. Considering to molecular variance analysis between studying populations, it was observed that diversity between populations was 7% and within population was 93%. Marivan population had the highest number of Allele (Na) and effective Allele (Ne) and Qorve had the lowest one. The highest amount of Shannonʹs information index (I) and Neiʹs gene diversity (He) related to Marivan and the lowest one related to Qorve population indicating that there is the highest diversity in the Marivan region and the Minimum amount of diversity was in Qorve population. Maximum similarity between Marivan populations with Kurdistan and the minimum similarity between populations related to Marivan and Qorve population. Cluster analysis, studying cases, classified them is 3 groups.
