Abstract :
This study was to developed pellets to improve growth performance and health risks of post-weaning rabbits. Thus four types of feeds (A1, B1, A2 and B2) which differ in the proportion and the type of the cereal bran and the digestive regulators were developed. The feed A1 contains 0.O5% of anise and 24% of rice bran. The feed B1 contains 0.12% of oxyboldine and 24% of rice bran. The feed A2 contains 0.30 % of anise, 12% of wheat bran and 12% of rice bran. While the feed B2 contains 0.72% of oxyboldine, 12% of wheat bran and 12% of rice bran. The efficiencies of feed were evaluated by determining the weight gain, the consumption index and heath risk of rabbits. The results showed that there is no difference at the level of weight gains and the consumption index. However the rabbits fed the feed B2 gave the lowest health risk (4.81%). So the use of 12% of wheat bran and 0.72% of oxyboldine has improved the performance of post-weaning rabbits.
