Abstract :
The present study aims to investigate the relationship of organizational justice and commitment with human resources productivity in the offices of sports and youth in west Azerbaijan province. The participants of the study consisted of all employees working in the offices of sports and youth in west Azerbaijan province. Organizational Justice Questionnaire (Niehoff and Moorman, 1993) was used to measure the three components of interactional, procedural and distributive justice. Organizational Commitment Questionnaire was used to collect data on the three components of affective, normative and continuance commitments. Goldsmith’s Productivity questionnaire was used to examine human resources productivity. Pearson correlation formula and Regression analysis were run to analyze the data. The results showed a significant positive correlation of organizational justice and commitment with human resources productivity. Procedural justice was the only component of organizational justice that could significantly predict human resources productivity. Affective commitment was the only component of organizational commitment that could significantly predict human resources productivity.
