Abstract
The syntheses of two carbohydrate-linked cisplatin analogs, namely lacto- and α-Gal-cisplatin, are described. A fusion enzymatic approach was used to create the diazido-α-Gal trisaccharide intermediate in the synthesis of α-Gal-cisplatin.
