Structural elucidation of the exopolysaccharide produced by fungus Fusarium oxysporum Y24-2 Original Research Article

The extracellular polysaccharide FO1 was isolated from the fermentation broth of an endophytic fungus (Fusarium oxysporum) of Ipomoea pes-caprae. Its structural characteristics were studied by chemical and methylation analyses, and 1D and 2D 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy.
