Abstract :
The complexation of Pb(II) and Cu(II) with ‘alpechin’ residual water of olive-oil extraction, has been studied by differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry (DPASV), as well as the complexation of Pb(II) with a small polymer synthesized from maleic anhydride: both polymers containing carboxylic and phenolic groups as complexing agents. Information about the diffusion coefficient of the complexes, their conditional stability parameters at pH 5 and kinetics of the complexation reaction has been obtained. The influence of the ratio CLCL on the voltammogram is discussed.
