A provable secure access control using smart cards

An access control scheme integrating with the scheme of authentication was proposed. The presented scheme has several advantages over the previous works: 1. The scheme is provable secure. 2. It permits the users to choose their private key freely whereas the previous works do not allow them to do so. 3. The smart cards have the least computational cost in the new scheme.
