رابطه ي ابعاد الكسي تيميا با احساس تنهايي و مقايسه ي آنها در دانشجويان دختر و پسر

زمينه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي رابطه ي الكسي تيميا با احساس تنهايي و مقايسه ي آنها در دانشجويان دختر و پسر بود. روش: 280 دانشجو (135 پسر و 145 دختر) با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري خوشه اي مرحله اي انتخاب و به وسيله مقياس الكسي تيمياي تورنتو و احساس تنهايي اجتماعي _ عاطفي بزرگسالان مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفتند. داده-ها از طريق روشهاي رگرسيون چندگانه و همبستگي و تحليل واريانس چندمتغيره تحليل شد. نتايج: نتايج نشان داد كه بين الكسي تيميا و مولفه هاي آن (دشواري در شناسايي احساسات، دشواري در توصيف احساسات و تفكر عيني) و احساس تنهايي رابطه مثبت معنادار (01/0 p < ،47/0r=) وجود داشت. بر اساس تحليل رگرسيون چندگانه، ابعاد سه گانه ي الكسي تيميا (به ترتيب شناسايي احساسات (3/0= B) تفكر عيني (241/0= B) و توصيف احساسات (226/0=B) مي توانند احساس تنهايي را به طور معنادار پيش بيني كنند. علاوه براين، بين دانشجويان دختر و پسر به لحاظ الكسي تيميا و احساس تنهايي تفاوت معناداري وجود داشت. نتيجه گيري: الكسي تيميا و زير مقياس هاي آن توانستند، احساس تنهايي را پيش بيني كنند.

Background: The aim of current research was to investigate the relationship of alexithymia with loneliness and comparison of them in male and female students. Methods: A sample of 280 students (145girls and 135 boys) were selected through multistage cluster sampling method and then were assessed by the Torento Alexithymia Scale and the Social and Emotional Loneliness Scale. Collected data were analyzed by multiple regression, correlation methods and multivariation. Results: The results indicated that alexithymia and dimensions of it (difficulty identifying feelings, difficulty describing feelings and externally oriented thinking) with loneliness have a significant correlation. Multiple regression analysis showed that three dimensions of alexithymia (difficulty identifying feeling, externally oriented thinking and difficulty describing feeling) can predict loneliness in the meaningful manner. Morevere, There was a significant discrepancy between male and female students in loneliness and alexithymia. Conclusion: Alexithymia and dimensions of it (difficulty identifying feelings, difficulty describing feelings and externally oriented thinking) with loneliness have a significant correlation.
