Abstract :
The interaction of Ag (up to 10 monolayers nominal coverage) deposited at room temperature onto InP(100)4 × 2 surfaces has been studied by the analysis of soft-X-ray photoemission spectra from core levels and valence bands. We observe strong intermixing and cluster growth at all coverages.
