Abstract :
Single-phase films of the high temperature superconductors TmBaSrCu3O7−δ and GdBaSrCu3O7−δ have been prepared on MgO substrates by pulsed-laser deposition. They have been investigated with respect to their electrical, structural, and morphological properties. Electrical measurements are interpreted in terms of the oxygen content.
