Effect of ageing on the open-circuit voltage of MIS-solar cell

The effect of ageing on the open-circuit voltage of the MIS-solar cell is addressed. It is shown that the open circuit voltage may increase substantially with ageing time for Al–SiO2–nSi solar cells. The change in the open-circuit voltage has been found to depend upon various parameters related to interface reaction. q1998 Elsevier Science B.V.
