Abstract :
The 001:-textured thin film Pb Nb0.03Zr0.50Ti0.47.rLa0.75Sr0.11Ca0.14MnO3 PNZTrLSCMO. heterostructures have
been grown on SrTiO3 001.substrates by pulsed laser deposition. The LSCMO films undergo a metal–insulator transition at
280 K. The structure of the heterostructures was characterized by X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy. The P–E
hysteresis loops of the PNZT films on LSCMO bottom electrodes show good saturation in polarization. q1999 Elsevier
