Abstract :
The copper phthalocyanine CuPc. thin films doped with perylene of various concentrations were prepared by co-evaporation, and their morphology and photovoltaic characteristics were examined. The film morphology was characterized by using XRD, SEM and STM. Perylene doping modified the CuPc film morphology. Perylene doping improved the photovoltaic performance of ITOrCuPcqperylenerAl Schottky type solar cells, and the optimal doping concentration was found to be 9.1 wt.%. q1999 Elsevier Science B.V.
