Temperature dependence of the surface photo-charge effect in CdS

Experimental results on the temperature dependence of the magnitude and polarity of surface photo-charge effect in CdS are presented for optical excitation in both the sub-bandgap and the intrinsic absorption spectral range. It is shown that such a dependence can provide information on thermally activated changes in the occupancy of surface levels. q1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved
