Experimental issues in combinatorial investigation of electronic thin-film materials

Several key issues in combinatorial synthesis and screening experiments of novel electronic thin-film materials are addressed. Three major tasks in combinatorial approach to materials are discussed. Some of the current focus of the combinatorial materials research effort being established at the University of Maryland is presented.
