Abstract :
Construction principles for a low-voltage vacuum electronic microwaves average-power amplifier for millimeter waves with distributed transverse–extended interaction between an electron flow and the electromagnetic wave field are discussed which is based on multi-beam electron-optical systems containing matrix field emitter arrays. The characteristics of this amplifier are analyzed.
