اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ﻧﯿﺮوﮔﺎه اﺗﻤﯽ ﺑﻮﺷﻬﺮ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻨﻮع زﯾﺴﺘﯽ آﺑﺰﯾﺎن ﺑﺰرگ و اﺛﺮات ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﺮ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ﻫﺎي ﻧﯿﺮوﮔﺎه اﺗﻤﯽ ﺑﻮﺷﻬﺮ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺮداري ﻫﺮ 3 ﻣﺎه ﯾﮏ ﺑﺎر و در ﻣﺎه ﻫﺎي ﺧﺮداد، ﺑﻬﺎر ، ﺷﻬﺮﯾﻮر ،ﺗﺎﺑﺴﺘﺎن ، آذر (ﭘﺎﺋﯿﺰ) و اﺳﻔﻨﺪ (زﻣﺴﺘﺎن) و در ﻣﺠﺎورت ﻧﯿﺮوﮔﺎه اﺗﻤﯽ ﺑﻮﺷﻬﺮ در ﻣﺤﺪوده ﺟﻐﺮاﻓﯿﺎﯾﯽ ˝203 ΄ 33˚28 ﺷﻤﺎﻟﯽ و˝135 ΄ 05˚51 ﺷﺮﻗﯽ ﺗﺎ ˝122 ΄59 ˚28 ﺷﻤﺎﻟﯽ و ˝988 ΄ 47˚50 ﺷﺮﻗﯽ در آﺑﻬﺎي ﺳﺎﺣﻠﯽ و˝492 ΄46 ˚28 ﺷﻤﺎﻟﯽ و ˝184 ΄59 ˚50 ﺷﺮﻗﯽ ﺗﺎ ˝ 136 ΄03˚ 29 ﺷﻤﺎﻟﯽ و˝ 51΄553 ˚50 ﺷﺮﻗﯽ در مﺤﺪوده ﺟﺰر و ﻣﺪي اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. در ﻣﺠﻤﻮع 71 ﮔﻮﻧﻪ آﺑﺰي ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 32 ﻣﺎﻫﯽ، 1 ﺧﺮﭼﻨﮓ، 1 ﻋﺮوس درﯾﺎﯾﯽ از آﺑﻬﺎي ﺳﺎﺣﻠﯽ و 33 ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﺟﻠﺒﮏ، 1 ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻋﻠﻒ درﯾﺎﯾﯽ، 1 ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﺧﺮﭼﻨﮓ، 1 ﮔﻮﻧﻪ دوﮐﻔﻪ اي و 1 ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﺷﮑﻢ ﭘﺎ از ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﺟﺰر و ﻣﺪي ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎ از آﺑﻬﺎي ﺳﺎﺣﻠﯽ در زﻣﺴﺘﺎن 17 دﯾﺪه ﺷﺪ و در ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﻓﺼﻮل در ﻫﺮ ﻓﺼﻞ 13 ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﺛﺒﺖ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. از ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﺟﺰر و ﻣﺪي ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎ در زﻣﺴﺘﺎن 20 دﯾﺪه ﺷﺪ و در ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﻓﺼﻮل ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺑﻬﺎر 16(، ﭘﺎﺋﯿﺰ 15 و ﺗﺎﺑﺴﺘﺎن 14 ﻗﺮار داﺷﺘﻨﺪ. ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﺗﻨﻮع زﯾﺴﺘﯽ در ﻫﺮ دو ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺳﺎﺣﻠﯽ و ﺟﺰر و ﻣﺪي ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﻨﻮع ﮔﻮﻧﻪ اي را در زﻣﺴﺘﺎن و ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ را در ﺗﺎﺑﺴﺘﺎن ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دهد اين ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﻨﻮع زﯾﺴﺘﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن دﻫﻨﺪه ﻓﻘﺮ ﺗﻨﻮع زﯾﺴﺘﯽ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺟﻬﺖ ﻧﮕﻬﺪاري از آن اﯾﺠﺎد ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﺣﻔﺎﻇﺖ ﺷﺪه ﺿﺮوري ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮﺧﯽ از ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي آﺑﺰي ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ ﻋﺮوس درﯾﺎﯾﯽ و ﺑﺎرﻧﺎﮐﻞ ﻫﺎ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ در ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ﻫﺎي ﻧﯿﺮوﮔﺎه اﺗﻤﯽ ﺑﻮﺷﻬﺮ ﻣﺸﮑﻞ زا ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﻓﺮاواﻧﯽ ﻋﺮوس درﯾﺎﯾﯽ در ﻓﺼﻮل ﺑﻬﺎر و ﺗﺎﺑﺴﺘﺎن ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺑﺎرﻧﺎﮐﻞ ﻫﺎ ﻣﻮﺟﻮدات ﭼﺴﺒﻨﺪه اي ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮ روي ﻓﯿﻠﺘﺮﻫﺎي ورودي آب درﯾﺎ ﮐﻪ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺟﻠﻮﮔﯿﺮي از ورود آﺑﺰﯾﺎن ﺑﻪ دﺳﺘﮕﺎه ﻫﺎي ﺧﻨﮏ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﺷﺪه اﻧﺪ ﭼﺴﺒﻨﺪه و ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﻣﺴﺪود ﺷﺪن آﻧﻬﺎ ﯽ ﺷﻮﻧﺪ. ﺷﮑﻮﻓﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﯽ از ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺑﻮﻣﯽ و ﻣﻬﺎﺟﻢ ﻏﯿﺮ ﺑﻮﻣﯽ ﻓﯿﺘﻮﭘﻼﻧﮑﺘﻮن ﻫﺎ در ﺳﺎل ﻫﺎي ﭘﯿﺶ در ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ اﺗﻔﺎق اﻓﺘﺎده اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ آﺑﺰﯾﺎن ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﻣﺸﮑﻼت ﺟﺪي ﺑﺮاي دﺳﺘﮕﺎه ﻫﺎي ﺳﺮدﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﺑﻪ وﺟﻮد آورﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺟﻠﻮﮔﯿﺮي از ﻫﺮ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻧﻘﺼﺎﻧﯽ در ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ﻧﯿﺮوﮔﺎه، اﯾﺠﺎد ﯾﮏ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﻫﺸﺪار و ﭘﺎﯾﺶ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺗﻬﺪﯾﺪ ﮐﻨﻨﺪهﺿﺮوري ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺑﺎرﻧﺎﮐﻞ ﻫﺎ ﮐﻪ داراي دوره ﻋﻤﺮ وﯾﮋه اي ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ، اﻗﺪام ﻣﻮﺛﺮ از ﺑﯿﻦ ﺑﺮدن آﻧﻬﺎ و ﯾﺎ اﺧﺘﻼل در ﭼﺮﺧﻪ ﺣﯿﺎت آﺑﺰي ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.
چكيده انگليسي :
bstract
This study aimed to investigate of the impacts of Bushehr Nuclear Power (BNP) activity on the biodiversity of large marine organism and their interactive effects on the BNP activity .
Samples were collected every three months, in June (spring), August (summer), December (Autumn) and April (Winter) of 2013–2014 in the vicinity of the BNP which is located in, 28˚ 23´ 203˝N and 51˚ 05´ 135E to 28˚ 59´ 122˝N and 50˚ 47´ 988˝E in the coastal waters and from 28˚ 46´ 492˝N and 50˚ 59´ 184˝E to 29˚ 03´ 136˝N and 50˚ 51´ 553˝E in the intertidal zone. A total of 71 marine organism including 32 fishes, 1 crab, 1 jelly fish from the coastal waters, and 33 algae species, 1 seegrass species, 1 crab, 1 bivalve and 1 gastropod from intertidal zone were identified. The largest number of coastal waters species was found in winter (17) and 13 species were recorded in each other seasons. In the intertidal zone the largest number of species was found in winter (20), followed by spring (16), autumn (15) and summer (14). Diversity indices in both investigated areas showed that the maximum diversity the coastal and intertidal zone in winter and the lowest in summer. The results of the study indicated that, this area has a poor biodiversity and to conserve it, protected area should be created. The results show that some of the marine organism such as Jellyfish barnacles and phytoplanktons are as a major thread for Bushehr nuclear power activity. Jellyfish abundance was observed during spring and summer. Barnacles are as a sessile species that attached on the filters mesh that are designed to prevent of entrance of marine organism to the cooling systems. Blooms of the endemic and invader phytoplanctons have been happened in the past years in the studied area. These marine orgasms can cause series problems for the cooling system. To prevent of the failure in Bushehr Nuclear Power activity, installation of alter systems and monitoring of the threaten species are necessary. For barnacles that have special life span, depletion or impairment o aquatic life cycle can be effective.
