در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﭘﺮوﺑﯿﻮﺗﯿﮏ ﺗﮏ ﺳﻞ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت 8 ﺳﺎﻟﻪ ﻣﻮﺳﺴﻪ ﺗﺤﻔﯿﻔﺎت ﻋﻠﻮم ﺷﯿﻼﺗﯽ ﮐﺸﻮر در ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﮑﺪه ﻣﯿﮕﻮي ﮐﺸﻮر و ﺑﺎ ﻫﻤﮑﺎري ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﺗﮏ ژن زﯾﺴﺖ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ، در ﺟﯿﺮه ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ ﻣﯿﮕﻮﻫﺎي ﭘﺮورﺷﯽ ﺳﻔﯿﺪ ﻏﺮﺑﯽ )Litopenaeus vannamei( ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ وزﻧﯽ ﺑﯿﺶ از 6 ﮔﺮم اﻓﺰوده ﺷﺪ )ﺑﻪ ﺳﻪ ﻣﻘﺪار 106 و 107 و CFU/Kg108 و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﺳﻼﻣﺘﯽ )ﺷﺎﻣﻞDHC TPP THC ﻣﯿﮕﻮﻫﺎ در اﺑﺘﺪا و اﻧﺘﻬﺎي دوره آزﻣﻮن، ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺑﺮاي اﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﻣﯿﮕﻮﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪه و در آﮐﻮارﯾﻮم ﻫﺎي 150 ﻟﯿﺘﺮي )در ﻫﺮ اﮐﻮارﯾﻮم 30 ﻗﻄﻌﻪ( ﻧﮕﻬﺪاري ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻣﯿﮕﻮﻫﺎ در ﺳﻪ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر و ﻫﺮ ﮐﺪام ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﺑﻨﺪي ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﻣﻨﻔﯽ )ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺟﯿﺮه ﻓﺎﻗﺪ ﭘﺮوﺑﯿﻮﺗﯿﮏ و ﻋﺪم ﻣﻮاﺟﻬﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﯿﻤﺎري( و ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﻣﺜﺒﺖ )ﺻﺮﻓﺎً ﻣﻮاﺟﻬﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﯿﻤﺎري( ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺷﺪ. در ﻫﺮ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر، ﻣﯿﮕﻮﻫﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺑﺎر در روز ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 40 روز ﺑﺎ ﻏﺬاي ﭘﻠﺖ ﺣﺎوي ﭘﺮوﺑﯿﻮﺗﯿﮏ ﺗﮏ ﺳﻞ ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و در ﻃﻮل آزﻣﻮن، ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي دﻣﺎ، ﺷﻮري و اﮐﺴﯿﮋن ﺛﺒﺖ ﮔﺮدد. ﭘﺲ از 40 روز ﻧﯿﺰ ﻣﻮاﺟﻬﻪ ﺑﺎ وﯾﺮوس ﻟﮑﻪ ﺳﻔﯿﺪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه و ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 2 ﻫﻔﺘﻪ روزاﻧﻪ ﺗﻠﻔﺎت و درﺻﺪ ﺑﺎزﻣﺎﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﺛﺒﺖ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. از ﻣﯿﮕﻮﻫﺎ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﻫﻤﻮﻟﻨﻒ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ، ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﻤﺎرش ﻫﻤﻮﺳﯿﺖ ﮐﻞ THC، ﺷﻤﺎرش اﻓﺘﺮاﻗﯽ ﻫﻤﻮﺳﯿﺖ ﻫﺎDHC) ( و ﻣﯿﺰان ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ ﭘﻼﺳﻤﺎي ﮐﻞ )TPP( اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي و در ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮوه ﻫﺎي ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻨﻔﯽ، ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﺑﯿﺎن ﮐﺮد ﮐﻪ ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ ﻣﯿﮕﻮﻫﺎي ﺳﻔﯿﺪ ﻏﺮﺑﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺟﯿﺮه ﻫﺎي ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ ﺣﺎوي ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ 107 و 108 CFU/Kg ﺑﺮ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ اﯾﻤﻨﯽ ﻣﯿﮕﻮﻫﺎ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ داﺷﺘﻪ و ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﺳﻼﻣﺘﯽ ﻣﯽ ﮔﺮدد. اﻓﺰون ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺟﯿﺮه ﻫﺎي ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ ﻣﻮرد اﺷﺎره، در اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ درﺻﺪ ﺑﺎزﻣﺎﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﻣﯿﮕﻮﻫﺎي ﻣﻮاﺟﻬﻪ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﺑﺎ
چكيده انگليسي :
In this study, “Tak Cell” probiotic, based on eight-year studies of the Iranian Fisheries Sciences Resereach Institute in National Shrimp Research Institute, and produced in collaboration with the “Tak Zhen Zist” company, was added to the diet of western white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) weighing more than 6 grams (in three Different quantities 106, 107 and 108CFU/Kg) and health indicators (including THC, TPP and DHC) were determined at the beginning and the end of the test period. For this purpose, shrimp was randomly selected and kept in 150-liter aquariums (30 Shrimps in each aquarium). The Shrimps were treated in three treatments and each with three replications and negative control (no probiotic and disease agent) and positive control (With probiotic). In each treatment, shrimps were fed with the “Tak Cell” probiotic pellet three times a day for 40 days and the parameters of temperature; salinity and oxygen were recorded during the test. After 40 days, exposure to white spot virus was challenged and daily mortality and survival rate was recorded for 2 weeks. Shrimps were selected and hemolymph sampling was carried out and the health index, including total homocyte count (THC), Differentiated Hemocytes Count (DHC) and Total Plasma Protein (TPP) were measured and compared with positive and negative control groups. According to the results, it can be argued that feeding western white shrimp with diets containing 107 and 108 CFU/Kg have positive effect on improving the performance of shrimp immune system and health indexes. In addition, feeding with these diets is effective in increasing the survival rate of shrimp exposed to the white spot virus.
