چكيده فارسي :
اين پژوهش طي سال هاي 1395 (نيمه دوم) و1396 (نيمه اول) در كليه مراكز تكثير و پرورش ماهي قزل آلاي رنگين كمان منتخب طرح كلان توليد ماهيان قزل آلاي عاري از بيماري هاي خاص (SPF) به منظور ارزيابي شاخص هاي بهداشتي و ايمني زيستي در حمل و نقل و جابجايي ماهيان و تخم چشم زده، در پايلوت تحقيقاتي توليد قزل آلاي عاري از بيماري خاص در تنكابن انجام شد .
اين بررسي در قالب برنامه زماني منظم و به صورت ماهيانه و مستمر به مراكز موردنظر با انجام دقيق دستورالعمل هاي مربوطه و ثبت اطلاعات پرسشنامه ايي كه براي اين منظور تهيه شده بود صورت گرفت. به منظور اطمينان از عاري بودن مولدين اننخابي از مزارع منتخب علاوه بر اخذ گواهي هاي بهداشتي از سازمان دامپزشكي كشور، آزمايشات ويروسي در پژوهشكده آبزي پروري آبهاي داخلي كشور (انزلي) بعنوان مرجع آزمايشات ويروسي ماهيان موردتاييد سازمان OIE با كشت ويروسي بر روي تيره هاي سلولي خاص مربوطه نيز صورت گرفت و مراكز با احتمال آلودگي شناسايي شدند. از 5 مركز بررسي شده 1 مركز به ويروس IPN و 1 مركز به ويروس IHN آلوده بودند.تمامي عوامل خطر مديريتي و محيطي با اهميت بالا در تمامي مراكز بخصوص 2 مركز آلوده ويروسي مورد تجزيه وتحليل قرارگرفت و ازليست مزارع منتخب طرح كلان خارج گرديد. تاثير عوامل مختلف مديريتي برميزان مشكلات توليد و تلفات مراحل مختلف ماهيان در هر يك از مزارع محاسبه گرديد. بررسي ارزيابي خطر در مزارع آلوده ويروسي نشان داد كه عدم رعايت امنيت زيستي ، واردات تخم چشم زده خارجي به مزرعه و نيروي انساني غير مجرب به عنوان نقطه بحراني(Critical) ارزيابي خطر عوامل مديريتي محسوب مي گردد. لذا پيشنهاد مي شود ضمن بازنگري كلي در شرايط و ضوابط صدور مجوزها و تمديد مجوزهاي بهره برداري و بهداشتي نسبت به الزام قانوني در رعايت بكارگيري سخت افزاري و نرم افزاري و بهينه سازي سيستم هاي حفاظت زيستي و پياده سازي صحيح آن در اين مراكز توسط دستگاه هاي مرتبط از قبيل سازمان نظام مهندسي كشاورزي ، سازمان نظام دامپزشكي و سازمان هاي شيلات ايران و دامپزشكي كشور درجهت حفظ توليد و ارتقاي توليد پايدار اقدام لازم صورت گرفته و گذراندن دوره هاي آموزشي تخصصي كاربردي در زمينه هاي ياد شده بالا براي كارشناسان و صاحبان مزارع براي اخذ مجوزهاي مربوطه اجباري اعلام شود . ضمن آنكه اجراي دستورالعمل هاي امنيت زيستي در جهت نقل و انتقالات مولدين و بچه ماهيان در سطح كشور مورد رعايت و اجراي دقيق قرار گيرد.
چكيده انگليسي :
This research was conducted in all distributive rainbow trout breeding centers in the years 1395 (second half) and 1396 (first half) in the special scheme for the production of Species-Free Rainbow Trout Fish (SPF) in order to evaluate the health and safety indicators of biosecurity in the transport and handling of fish and eggs, an experimental disease-free trout production in Tonekabon was carried out.
Also, this study was conducted in a regular, monthly and continuous manner to the selected centers, with careful implementation of the relevant guidelines and recording of the data of the questionnaire prepared for this purpose. In order to ensure the freedom of selected breeders from selected farms, in addition to obtaining health certificates from the country's veterinary organization, viral experiments at the Inland National Aquatic Center
(Anzali) as reference for viral testing of fish of the OIE Organization, with cell culture on specific cell lines The relevant sites were also identified and the centers with the probability of contamination were identified. Of the five surveyed centers, 1 Centers were infected with IPN and 1 center was infected with IHN. All high risk management and environmental risk factors were analyzed in all centers; in particular, two infected centers of viral infection. and analyzed and removed from the list of selected farms. The effect of different management factors on production and mortality of different stages of fish in each farm was calculated. Investigation of risk assessment in viral infected fields showed that non-observance of bio-security, the import of overseen eggs to the farm and unskilled labor force as a critical point of risk assessment of management factors are considered. Therefore, it is suggested that, while reviewing the terms and conditions of issuing permits and extending permits for operation and sanitation, it is suggested that the legal requirement for the application of hardware and software and the optimization of biological protection systems and its proper implementation in these centers by devices related activities such as Agricultural Engineering Organization, Veterinary Organization and Fisheries Organization of Iran and veterinary of the country in order to maintain production and promote sustainable production, take necessary actions and carry out specialized training courses in the above fields for experts and owners of farms for obtaining Relevant permits must be announced . In addition, the implementation of the Biosecurity directives should be followed up and implemented strictly by the authorities for the transfer of breeders and juveniles.
