Patients with malignant Lung Tomors, admitted to the Thorax ward at the Imam Komeini Medical Cancer during The years 8891-39, were retrospctively studied with respect to variables like ago incidence, sex, occupation, place of residence, Pathology, radiology, history of smoking, clinical feactures, metastases, diagnostic procedures, etilogy and treatment the initial sample consisted of 081 cases admitted out of which 06 cases were rejected for study due to reasons related to lock of relevant information.
