Dislocation of more than one joint in a digit is a rare injury and there are only a few reports of double joint injuries in the thumb. In this report, a patient with concurrent dislocation of carpometacarpal and metacarpophalangeal joints of her thumb is introduced. The patientיs management and outcome are presented.
