چكيده لاتين :
In this paper, the seminal work of Eshragh and Modarres has been discussed in a statistical estimation problem called the Decision on Belief (DoB). The proposed approach has been thoroughly investigated and presented in a novel way, called the 3-phase approach. New
instructive examples and detailed calculations are presented to illustrate the logic behind the algorithm in a clear way. The original work has further been developed into new directions, leading to new results.
