This leading article tries to discuss some dimensions of foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran and prepare a conceptual framework for better understanding of it, with special attention to the policies of President Ahmadi Nejadיs administration. The main focus of this paper is worldיs current situation and the Islamic Republic of Iranיs position.
