چكيده لاتين :
As international standards are applied to more and more organizations, business processes and structures of private firms are becoming more and more similar and identical. Different ISOיs are pushing firms to be alike and to act alike. Now the core competencies of firms rest merely on how they are able to use information around them and extract and utilize the knowledge within their rank and files. Hence a scientific approach to this end has evolved, and tools and techniques have been developed by information technology. In this article an approach to optimize the utilization of information acquired by an organization is presented and the ways to process data into forms to be used for a better policy making process, has been reviewed.
