چكيده لاتين :
Assuming the war in Iraq will make Iraqיs society without rule and moral standard, the author argues that US invasion eventually makes this country to become a war-prone one in the context of "new war" theory. As a result, this article argues that any military operation under any name in the context o( failed sates is extremley risky and may not bring stablity. let alone democracy. Hence Iraq is case which proves that the modern western armies should not be used in failed state scenarios.
