One case of intraparenchymal Schwannoma of right occipital lobe is presented (first report of occipital lobe Schwannoma).
The radiological and pathological features of this rare tumor are discussed, and the current theories for etiology
of these intraaxial nerve-sheath tumors are reviewed.
