In t his paper, we introduce the notion of (E , E Vqk)- fuzzy su bnea r- ring whi ch is a gener alization of (E, E Vq) - fuzzy subnear-r ing. We have given examples which are (E, E Vqk)- fuzzy ideals but they are not (E , E Vq) - fuzzy ideals . We have a lso introduce d t he notions of (E, E Vqk) - fuzzy quas i- ideals and (E, E Vqk)- fuzzy bi- ideals of near-ring. We have characterized (E , E Vqk)-fuzzy qu asi- ideals and (E, E Vqk) - fuz zy bi- id ea ls of ne a rrings.
