srnall Polygroups are rnulti-valued systerns that satisfy group-like axioms, Using thc notion of "belonging (element of)" and "quasi-coincidence (q)" of fuzzy points with fuzzy sets, the concept of (element of, element of Vq)-fuzzy subpolygroups is introduced. The study of (element of , element of Vq)-fuzzy norrnal subpolygroups of a polygroup are dealt with. Characterization and some of the fundamental properties of such fuzzy subpolygroups arc obtained.
