چكيده لاتين :
The oxidation of alcohols, methoxymethyl ethers, acetals and ketals to their corresponding carbonyl compounds with
Fe(NO3)3.9H2O is efficiently promoted in the presence of NaHSO4.H2O. All reactions were performed in the absence of solvent in
good to high yields. Availability, stability and non-toxicity of the reagents, mild reaction conditions, absence of solvent, relatively
short reaction times, good to high yields of the products, and easy work-up are advantages of the proposed method.
