Vesicocutaneous fistula (VCF) is a known complication of longstanding suprapubic cystostomy tract. We report the first case of neglected urethral stricture with rectourethral fistula following pelvic trauma
presenting as “watering-can abdomen” due to multiple vesicocutaneous fistulas following suprapubic cystostomy.
