A simple and efficient method has been developed for the synthesis of ل-aminophosphinic acids from hypophosphorus acid
under solvent–free conditions using microwave irradiation. ل-Aminophosphinic acids were obtained in high yield under mild
conditions by reaction of hypophosphorus acid with aldehydes in the presence of amines under microwave irradiation.
