Two main results ofnecessary conditions ofoptimality for two kinds ofproblems, bilevel optimization and quasidifferentiable MPEC, are presented via Demyanov sum ofquasidifferentials. The result that Lagrange multipliers are independent ofthe choices ofquasidifferentials and supergradients is given.
