The aim of this study is to define the relationship between the organizational trust level and organizational commitment of primary school teachers. A research is a general survey model. Study group of
the research consists of 120 teachers who work in Kiitahya city centre. The data of the study is gathered through organizational trust scale and organizational commitment scale. In this study, Pearson Correlation
Analysis is used. According to the results, there are medium-level, positive and significant relationships between organizational trust and its sub-dimensions and organizational commitment and its sub-dimensions
