In this article we introduce the generalized difference paranormed sequence spaces
C ebsilon(delta^n, lambda,p) C(delta^n, lambda,p) and l infity(delta^n, lambda,p) associated with the multiplier sequence lambda=(lambdak) of nonzero
complex numbers. We study their different properties and prove some inclusion relations.
